Jivamukti Yoga Class 1079
This class is an edited version of 3 shorter classes by Stewart, allowing you to enjoy a longer, uninterrupted practice. The class starts by working through Sun Salutation A, B and the Jivamukti Sun Salutation. The following 20 minute offer a dynamic sequence focused on forward bending, allowing us to let go of negative emotions that become trapped in the hamstrings, the hips and the back. The final 30 minutes explore the freedom of balancing in a strong practice that takes us on a journey to finding 'lift-off' with some fun and challenging poses.
