A pretty vigorous Intermediate Mat class. In this class Benjamin takes us through the Classical order of the exercises, but pauses to single out and add moments of bearing weight into the hands. These moments not only strengthen the wrists and arms but also load up the shoulders and torso

A faster pace than I'm used to, but I kept with it and it felt fine. A really good 30 minute work out.

Oooh this was a bit different for an intermediate class, I thought a lot of it was pretty tough - that's good though! Starting straight with roll downs was a bit of a shock first thing in the morning so a bit of a warm up would be helpful for my back...

The video stops at 12:12, I tried it repeatedly, it always stops at the same time / excercise, i. e. after the open leg rocker has been completed

Great class. I liked the fast rhythm and the emphasis on the arms even in the exercises that are not strictly arms related.
