Vinyasa Yoga Class 1130
This 30 minutes routine is taught at a basic level but incorporates postures that will work your whole body and that you may find challenging at times. The routine focuses on breath, balance and a full body stretch and includes the Tree pose, Standing Bow and Sun Salutes.
