This class is covering familiar repertoire of exercises that you have probably done before and feel comfortable with, to bring your attention to your breath. Amit will talk you through how you can use the exercises to improve your breath capacity as well as how to use the breath to gain more benefits from the exercises.

Hi Amit, should we breath out through the nose or the mouth? I am asking beacuse nowdays everybody says breath in and out through the nose.

I don't think there should be one black and white rule about breathing in Pilates. I believe the breath should serve the exercise (the individual doing the exercise...) and that many exercises can help improve our breath capacity and thus our health.
