Ashtanga Yoga Class 1032
This class is a progression to our Ashtanga Beginners’ Course and it is recommended that you complete the course before taking this class, unless you are a seasoned Yoga practitioner… :) In this class Michaela takes you through an introduction to the sitting postures of Ashtanga as well as the Shoulder-stand and Headstand. These are advanced postures, so please go slowly, and if you feel any pain or strain in your neck, please come out of the posture.
