Class 2 of the Ashtanga Beginners' Course. A recap of Sun Salutation A and an introduction to Sun Salutation B. Sun salutation B builds on the Sun Salutation A and adds a cardiovascular element to the practice, helping to develop stamina and breath control. Please repeat this lesson until you have memorised the sequence, then move onto lesson three.
