Ashtanga Yoga Class 1031
Class 6 of the Ashtanga Beginners' Course introduces the Warrior sequence and backbends. As you work through this practice, remember that we are training to be warriors of light; Don't forget to breathe and work with an open heart. Once you have memorised the sequence you are ready to move onto the intermediate class.
