Kundalini Yoga Class 1095
Sat Kriya is one the foundational Kriya's in Kundalini Yoga, and Yogi Bhajan said if you have time for nothing else, do 3 minutes of Sat Kriya a day. In this 30 minute session, there are five rounds of three minute Sat Kriya with relaxation after each round. This Kriya strengthens and increases general physical health, providing energy to heal and regenerate through the pumping action of the navel.
