Yin Yoga Class 1063
This practice begins in Virasana (sitting with the legs folded back so there is a rolling inwards at the hips) and there is a focus on steadiness of breathing. For the next twenty minutes, participants are led through yin yoga poses that are accessing hips and hamstrings.
