A sequence that flows with Lunges and Warrior 1 and highlights opening the shoulders and hips . We start with an interesting variation of table top Kriya (repetitive movements to warm up hips, spine and shoulders) and come back to it at the end as Table top is both counter pose and preparation for Garudasana.
