Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1036
Built around Malasana - The squat, this longer session consists of more standing postures connected together on the flow of the breath. We explore a few hip openers like Triangle, Side angle and interesting variations of balancing standing postures like Marichiasana Standing. This class will take you through a meaningful evolution from simple to more complex till you meet the peak pose, Crow pose.
