Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1011
A short 10 minute basic level class sequence , to create some space and separation from the busy-ness of life - starting with a relaxation lying down on your back and then warming up shoulders and awakening the spine and connecting to the breath. Can be done separately or ideally at the beginning of a longer sequence to create a fuller yoga class experience (Class 1023).
