First Steps Course Class 1
This class will introduce you to the basic elements of Pilates. Many of the exercises are modified to make them simple and easy enough to follow and enjoy without having to pause too much for long explanations. We hope you will enjoy this first step of the journey.

Initially, I skipped this class to other basic classes but now I wish I'd started here. Even if you've attended classes before, it gives so much clarity while at the same time giving you a proper work out. Thank you.
