Pilates Class 212
This 30 minute basic class using the foam roller to challenge some of the foundational exercises, such as Knee floats and Spine Curl, followed by shoulder stability/mobility exercises. This class continues with encouraging movement in the thoracic spine, and overall encourages a sense of well-being.

Nice stretches but some of the movements esp in side series were a bit fiddly and counterintuitive. Needed to look at the screen a lot which spoilt the flow.
