Extended Basic level classical repertoire. This class includes upper body and leg stretches and the Wall Sequence that is often the finale to classical studio sessions (Can be done with or without hand weights).

Good class but please mention that we also need a strap so we don't need to break off part way through to go and find it.

Very enjoyable, basic class. Enjoyed the stretches with handweights at the end.
