Hatha Yoga Class 1265
A slow and mindful (but not easy) practice that dives deep into the pelvis and hip region – starting with stretches lying on your back and then more active, challenging poses standing up. A great class for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting… please make sure to practice with sensitivity and awareness to avoid over doing it. You will need a strap for this class (yoga strap or any belt)
