Mindful Movement Class 1276
Learn to recognise what feels right to you and how you are when you are at your “edge”. Do you always want to move past the edge? Do you give up easily? Are you in competition with yourself? This class incorporates Mindful Walking so please make sure to practice in a space to allows you to walk freely in a wide enough circle.
