Hatha Yoga Class 1320
A slow pace class that uses the wall for support and to help find/improve alignment. The poses are simple to do but can be quite challenging to hold… You would need to clear wall space for this class and if possible grab a couple of Yoga blocks/bricks (or thick books), a strap/belt and a pillow
