Pilates Class 263
A straight forward class for the Advanced practitioner, with a “killer element”… Anoushka gets us to repeat the Abdominal series 5 times, adding Swimming to it in order to counter-balance the flexion of the spine. First round it is 5 repetitions, then 4, then 3… etc etc. A great little challenge! Enjoy :-)
