Pilates Class 277
Running is a great form of exercise but does not come without risk of injury unfortunately. Many of these can be prevented with a good warm-up. This short warm up is aimed to get your joints moving and to start firing up the muscles that you will use most during your run. Have a look at my post-run videos too!!

I really liked this brisk, get going warm up. Great all body exercises to fit in a short time.

Great pre run warm up. Bit too quick between exercises, struggled to get into position in time, had to keep pausing the video though but no bad thing as an extra move!
