In this sequence there are gentle warm-ups for the spine to prepare the body for a simple yet powerful Kriya (A kriya is a complete set of exercises performed in a particular order, with specific times given by Yogi Bhajan), all exercises help to open up the navel promoting better flow of energy between lower and higher centres.
