Pilates Class 409
This is a challenging class that gives you the opportunity to experience Michael’s unique style and approach to the work. The class typically starts with a standing routine (that is almost like a warm up to a dance class) and from there goes down to the mat to play with many exercises and variations. Prepare to work your core and upper body really well.
