Pilates Class 271
In this class Amit takes you through a wide range of exercises using the Elastic Band to work-out your whole body. Some of the exercises you will find very familiar and others less so… be prepared to work hard and get a serious fingers and forearm workout as holding the Elastic Band for nearly 45 minutes will give you exactly that :-)
