Jivamukti Yoga Class 1077
A dynamic sequence focused on forward bending. Stewart and Chloe will demonstrate Kapalabhati (a breathing/cleansing exercise) to help raise energy and build heat. With the right Intention, forward bending can take us into our past, allowing us to resolve old issues by letting go of negative emotions that become trapped in the hamstrings, the hips and the back.
