Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1034
Built around the squat (Malasana), this practice releases stiffness in the hips and shoulders and creates vitality by releasing these joints. You will also learn how to flow from one pose to the next following the rhythm of the breath, which is called a Vinyasa.

wow decided to hop over to this session from my intermediate level pilates course as I was very tight in the hips. I didn't even think I could do a squat like that but did much better than I thought and after 10 mins I can already feel the release in the hip area... fantastic. I didn't even realise the session had ended whilst I attempted to sit cross legged.. surely a sign I started to relax too. thankyou.
