Pilates Class 213
This is a 60 minutes basic class using the foam roller to facilitate movement patterns. The class incorporates the Cat, using the roll to intensify the arch and curl, into half-kneeling exercises challenging balance, and exploration of thoracic spine rotation.

Great class really enjoyed using the foam roller. So good for balance and highlighting any one sided weakness . Lots to work on. I would very much like more roller classes.

Glad you enjoyed the class Liz :) We have 8 classes with Foam Roller on yoopod. You can find them all by choosing Pilates (in Practice) and Foam Roller (in Prop) and then hit the search box.

Just marvellous. I felt challenged whilst wonderfully relaxed at the same time. The roller emphasises how unstable our bodies are; I had to really focus to not fall off. Great class, thank you.
