Pilates Class 132
This class starts with a rolling-bridging sequence that is great for developing core strength, spinal stability and hamstring strength. Following that there is a lot of what you would expect from an Advanced class as well as some less used variation to keep you motivated and challenged.

Hi Sharon. I am glad you enjoyed this class :) When you lower the feet towards the ground make sure nothing changes in your spine and you keep the pelvis as lifted up- away from the neck- as possible. You should NOT have any pressure on the neck. Thanks for asking!!

Very enjoyable.one question however... In the rollover when you ask us to touch feet to the floor are we not more onto the back of the neck at this time rather than over shoulders
