An intermediate level class that was designed to work in narrow spaces (utilising pretty much only the space of the mat). This design dictates a slightly different flow and cueing so do pay attention.

A really good class! The hour passed very quickly. Thank you for the explanation about 'opposition' when doing the Corkscrew - it really helped me and it was the first time my hips didn't creak when doing this exercise!!

As always an excellent class but the nugget of gold for me was the “wrap around” explanation of how to use your muscles around the top of the leg for the teaser.
