Pilates Class 083
A strong class that includes some challenging moves such as the Rowing Back (from the Pilates Reformer), the Twist and the Rolling into Standing variations. The Over Ball is used only for the Scissors-Opening sequence as an assist if you find it challenging.

Hi Amanda. Glad that you enjoyed the class; it really is a great one :) We thought Anoushka's description was funny and light hearted... but accept your point that it can be misleading and so will change the description of the class to make it more appropriate. Many thanks for your feedback! Amit

I enjoyed the workout, it was very good, but I wish the description had said there was only one move with the overall which was an adaption. I was expecting to use the over ball to assist / enhance the exercises.
