Really challenging class with lots of emphasis on strength and balance. I didn't quite manage all of the exercises so it's definately one to come back to.

More advanced than intermediate i think. Challenging and interesting,needs clearer instruction at times,I say this as a pilates teacher with plenty of pilates experience
