In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month we have dedicated this month’s blog post to all those affected by cancer and other debilitating conditions. Any disease and illness will weaken the body and challenge our mind and soul. Many treatment protocols will have side effects that weaken the system further. Tiredness, loss of appetite, loss of muscle tone and restrictions to movement are only some of the symptoms people may experience; all of which can be greatly improved by following the appropriate movement classes.
The classes featured this month are all gentle classes that would be appropriate to people going through difficult and challenging times. If you are one of those people, we hope the classes will help you feel better.
