Pilates Class 530
This class helps you find and engage the Pilates “Trinity” of inner thighs, buttocks and abdominals, creating a fantastic column of strength up the centre line of the body. Jo is using a Yoga block for this class, but you can also use a cushion or a rolled small towel instead.
