Pilates Class 401
Michael’s “creative preparation” is a short sequence done standing. You can use it as a prep for any of the Mat classes, as a stand-alone class or at the end of another short Mat class. It starts with some simple awareness exercises and then evolves into more free-flowing movements and some challenging balance exercises.
