Pilates Class 383
A wonderful stretching routine for ALL LEVELS. Great after a run, a strong workout or simply at the end of an exhausting day! Stretch your legs – front, back and sides plus a few more gems ;) You may want to have a blanket or pillow next to you (for comfort and to avoid strain on joints) and keep your device close by in case you want to press pause and stay in a stretch a bit longer… :)
