Pilates Class 380
A short class that targets the strength of the legs, especially the side and back of the legs and the inner thighs; or as some people like to call it… a “bums and thighs workout” ;o) If you want to target this area of your body do this class more frequently and/or do it at the end of other short classes you take. It will go well with one of our short Pilates stretching routines or a stretchy Yoga class such as the Yin Classes.
