Pilates Class 369
This short class is geared towards getting us ready for inversions and exploring the body in the upside down orientation, something that we don’t do much in everyday life. Inversions stimulate the circulatory system, reverse the blood flow and get the postural muscles used to holding us up in a different orientation to gravity. Have fun :-)

Waw! Quite hard but feels great. Couldn't quite do the last exercise but it's something to aim for :)
