Pilates Class 326
A little gem of a class with focus on side bending. In this class Cara explains how to side bend well and gives images to help feel the movement correctly in the body. This Basic level class offers challenges that might feel more like an Intermediate level… if you are not familiar with the two exercises below (right hand side of page) it might be a good idea to watch those clips first

Hi Sharon. Thanks for your comment. Sitting in the open leg position could work for some people/ some exercises. Try also sitting them on the block like Cara does in this class. Best, Amit

Loved the side lateral work. I have a lot of people in class unable to sit cross-legged or with one foot to the inner thigh,I presume you would do this excercises seated in open leg position?
