Pilates Class 325
This class has a strong focus on extension- this means that there is a lot of “opening” or stretching of the hips and the front of the body and a lot of work for the back of the hips and back muscles. This is one of Cara’s favourites so you can expect learning some new tricks and moving in unexpected ways…

Great class which I will do again. Agree the instruction could have been clearer with a little more prep for the strong moves, but I also understand this can be a drag if you are repeating the class often
