Pilates Class 324
In this quick 10 minutes class Cara is cutting on the number of reps to squeeze in as many exercises and as much movement as possible :-) Cara refers to her “raft” image - suggesting to imagine the mat as a raft floating on quiet waters... this means we must avoid pushing down too hard and we must constantly be aware of not wanting the raft to tip over. Give it a go and see what it feels like.
