Pilates Class 320
A 20 minutes class that works on moving from squatting to sitting to rolling to standing. These movements are all good for legs and core and of course to improve your balance. As Cara says- "falling is part of balancing" so don't worry about it... This class begins with a long segment in standing so if you have the time you might want to take another short class before this one to get your body ready for the challenge.

Gosh - got much harder than I was expecting after what I thought was a gentle lead in. Will def find one to do as a prep beforehand next time!
