Pilates Class 312
This class looks at how what we do on the Mat relates to how we perceive, hold and move our body when we are upright. Michael starts with a short imagery section scanning the body from feet through pelvis all the way up and then he starts moving the body in all planes of motion, aiming to keep the spine flexible and mobile.

One of my favourite classes. I have fibromyalgia and it's a gentle way to get everything moving first thing in the morning.
Thank you

Excellent for reluctant morning exercisers

Hi. This video worked for me before. But now though the beginning and end work, the middle is corrupt. Is it just me? I've tried refreshing and it's still broken.

Absolutely loved this!!! Standing pilates is such a change from always working straight away from the mat, will use this in my classes
