Pilates Class 308
Standing exercises and in particular squats are in the centre of this practice. The class is a full body one and includes many of the conventional Mat series exercises but at the same time it will prepare you right from the start and throughout to be as successful as possible with the standing challenges at the end.

wow that was intense ! My mat is wet :) I am still struggling a bit with the teaser especially to keep my abs in while lowering the legs... but working on it thanks a lot !
