Pilates Class 299
A short class to help improve the mobility in the shoulder joints. Lack of mobility in this joint leads to wrong and excessive muscle use and to strain and stress in the surrounding area, namely the neck and back. You will need a chair with high back to lean against (or maybe a table/desk) for the first exercise in this class.

This is my first day on the 14 day free trial..I really wasn't sure if I would even start this so I have put my self as a complete beginner. This session is great, I don't have to get changed I can sit in my kitchen and do this session completely hassle free and no effort required just press the button and go....its quick, easy to follow and done in a very short period of time... now to go and answer some emails with lovely relaxed shoulders.
