Pilates Class 295
This class is focused on Pelvic stability and revolves around ensuring that the pelvis, lower abdominals and lower back are held properly to help you keep correct posture and walk about with more ease. You will need a towel and a fitness (Pilates) ball for this class and may benefit from a bed pillow as well for a few of the exercises.
