Pilates Class 280
The 'runners' workout is aimed at strengthening your core and lower back, which will reduce the pressure that running can cause due to constant jarring on the spine. The workout also covers vital muscles such as the hamstrings and the quadriceps and ends with some stretches for your lower back and legs. This workout is a fantastic way to complete your daily training.
