Pilates Class 278
This class is an all-rounder. It was designed by Nikki to help runners have a full body workout when they have completed a run but also as an optional workout on Constructive Rest days when you prepare for a long run such as a Marathon. The class strengthens and stretches your core muscles, the upper body and all the muscles one will be using for running. Enjoy.

lovely class and to repeat the above (or below!) a specialised classes tab for runners would be great.

Really great to see a class specific to runners needs. Be good to see some more for variety and listed under "specialised classes" tab.
