Pilates Class 256
A lovely and relatively gentle class that utilises the Over-Ball to improve one’s coordination, balance and strength as well as improve the mobility of the spine. At the beginning of the class (after about 5 minutes) there is a standing-balance exercise that you might want to do standing close to a wall… this can help you improve the technique before trying again without any support.
