This is a really quick and simple class. A great intro to Pilates for everyone and maybe more specifically to those who are a bit more stiff… Get on the Mat and do this class every day for a week and see that you will feel its benefits! Grab an elastic band or a belt to help you stretch your Hamstrings.

Fantastic explanation of leg circles with opposite hip control.
