Pilates Class 242
A short class with elastic bands that is focused mostly on the thigh muscles. The elastic band assists the movements and creates resistance at the same time allowing us to prepare for movements such as the Side Kicks, Leg Circles etc. Take this class in combination with a short Upper Body or Core class to feel you have worked the whole body :-)
