Pilates Class 239
The Over-Ball is a wonderful prop as it is can give us tactile feedback and support and it can also add challenge to exercises by adding an element of instability to the movement. The pace of this class is quite slow but the intensity is quite high. Be patient in the first section of this class as it will pay off later and feel great on your back.
